Description
Each year, the Naperville Police and Fire Departments “Partner for Prevention” during Public Safety Month in October. This year’s Public Safety Open House will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2017. This must-see, all-ages event is held on Naperville’s Public Safety Campus, 1380 Aurora Ave.
This event will include a variety of activities including an auto extrication and simulated DUI arrest along with a helicopter exercise, a K-9 demonstration, taser demonstration and a flashover fire demonstration.
A large display of Fire and Police vehicles and equipment will also be on-site.
Fingerprinting, fire extinguisher training, and visits by Sparky and McGruff will be back again this year, as well. You won’t want to miss it!
